Important Limitation: Purchased invitations can be edited for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the event date has not yet passed.

You may also register via Google OAuth 2.0. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply in addition to these Terms.
See our Refund Policy or contact support@itsbigday.com for refund requests.
You retain all intellectual property rights in content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process and display your content solely to provide the Service. This licence ends when you close your account.
The user is entirely and solely responsible for any and all content (including text, images, videos, audio, and links) they or their guests upload or add to their invitation. This includes full responsibility regarding copyrights, trademarks, and legality. The Company cannot and will not be held liable under any circumstances for the content generated by users or their guests.
Any invitations containing illegal, unauthorized, or copyrighted material without permission can be reported to support@itsbigday.com. The Company reserves the right to permanently remove such invitations from publication immediately, without prior notice and without any refund.
Voice recordings and media files uploaded by guests to the Guestbook may be permanently deleted from our servers no earlier than 60 days after the event date. Users will be notified via email before this deletion occurs.
All software, designs, branding, logos, templates and original content on the platform are owned by Q-eN Computer Tech and protected under the US Copyright Act and international intellectual property law. No platform elements may be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written consent.
We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party services and are not liable for damages caused by their failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time via account settings or by emailing support@itsbigday.com. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for breach of these Terms, illegal activity or compromise of platform security. Invitation content is permanently deleted 90 days after account closure.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut, USA. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
Users in Turkey retain the right to bring claims before Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees under Law No. 6502; this clause does not limit those statutory rights.
